Targeted Libraries (LBA, RBA, HD libraries)

A collection of Targeted Tibraries toward the most common biological targets is available from Ukrorgsynthesis:
- Kinase
- Protease
- GPCR
- Ion Channels
The Libraries were constructed using PASS algorithm (Prediction of Activity Spectra for Substances, a QSAR type program), in collaboration with ChemBio Center of Kiev National University.
