Targeted Libraries

Hit rate in biological screening can be significantly improved if compound library was designed basing on available knowledge of biological targets and / or their ligands. Soft focus targeted compound libraries are created to hit any biological target within parent protein family. They proved to be an efficient tool in finding valuable hits in biological screening. We have applied a 2D similarity protocol to identify target-focused compounds that are most likely to hit targets belonging to the same protein family or exhibit the same therapeutic activity:

- Kinase (13 686 compounds)

- Protease (15 518 compounds)

- GPCR (50 256 compounds)

- Ion Channels (15 634 compounds)

Above targeted libraries are available from stock and can be delivered in various formats: dry powders, dry films and frozen solutions in DMSO in 96 or 384 well plates.
